There is no substitute for viewing textiles in your home, surrounded by the design elements in which they are intended to be in harmony. We encourage visitors to our studio to borrow a sample. It’s obligation free, simply return it after determining if it meets your requirements.

If you live in the Sunshine Coast area we are happy to deliver samples of our superb Paulig Teppiche collection to your home or business and collect them when you have made a decision. Again, this service is obligation free!
The parent company of Art of Rugs was established in 1996. Art of Rugs specialises in bringing to the market luxury collections of handmade, modern designer rugs to suit either residential or commercial applications. The store is located on the Sunshine Coast just north of Brisbane but able to ship rugs all over Australia.
Our large collection of custom made rugs is designed and manufactured by a German family company that has been associated with the textile business since 1750.
